Business Analyst (Healthcare domain)

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services in Healthcare industry.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as an analyst
• Experience in Healthcare domain
• Existing knowledge of EHR systems workflows, medical billing process
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experience working in a pre-sale environment from solutioning to client communication
• Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
• Experience in designing interfaces
• Experience in gathering and documentation requirements
• Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile
• Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions
• Usage of UML, BPMN

Nice to have:

• Agile Methodology certification
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of Pharma
• MS Dynamic 365 Customer Insights, Marketing, Customer Service, Field service
