• Role Summary:
• As the Business Analyst at Owner.One, you will lead the development and innovation of Wealth-as-a-Service technologies tailored for high net worth individuals. You will oversee the creation and refinement of features that ensure asset readiness and just-in-time delivery, fostering a secure and efficient wealth transfer experience.

  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Feature Development and Innovation:
• Conduct detailed analysis and research on new and potential features, initiating the modeling process.Structure and detail feature descriptions up to the BRD (Business Requirements Document) stage.
• Ensure high-quality transition of developed BRDs into the product backlog.
• Lead final testing of functions/features to ensure alignment with BRD specifications.
  
  Content Development and Management:
• Create targeted content based on feature functionality and marketing goals.
• Maintain control over content quality, ensuring all materials truthfully represent our product capabilities and align with market analytics.
  
  ​​​​​​​Knowledge Center Development and Market Research:
• Build and expand a comprehensive knowledge base for the product.
• Develop educational materials to enhance the product team's domain expertise.
• Conduct regular analysis and research of the international market in areas relevant to wealth management, identifying new feature and functionality opportunities.
• Perform business analysis of stakeholder product initiatives, integrating them seamlessly into our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Wealth Management, Family Office, Private Banking, Fintech, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business requirement documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Conditions:

• Flexible Employment Terms: Remote work through self-employment and entrepreneurship.
• Payment: USD, level to be discussed individually.
• Team Communication Language: Currently Russian, with plans to transition to English.
• Project Documentation: Conducted in English.
