Pushwoosh - is a leading omnichannel customer engagement platform allowing 250+ large and 80k+ small businesses to send automated marketing communications on mobile and web. Our customers work across industries and across the globe, being primarily based in Europe, North America, Middle East, and South Africa.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our sales efforts. This role is specifically focused on managing inbound sales, with a primary responsibility to engage potential clients who have already expressed interest in our products or services. If you’re passionate about sales and excel at building connections, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will do:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups;
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations with clients based on incoming inquiries;
- Move deals through the sales funnel stages with a clear understanding of the next steps and barriers;
- Identify the client's current challenges and needs, present our service capabilities and help sеlесtthe best solutions for their needs;
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients;
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What skills do you need:
- Experience in SaaS sales: Proven track record in selling SaaS products and services, preferably in martech industry;
- Understanding of internet marketing basics: Knowledge of user funnels, metrics, and traffic management tools;
- Great written and spoken English;
- A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and understanding client needs;
- Quickly grasp new concepts, actively ask clarifying questions, and apply acquired knowledge in practice;
- Highly motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals, and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
