Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership to the organization, ensuring the successful launch, growth, and scalability of the online casino.
• Oversee and optimize operations, marketing, and business development efforts to align with company goals.
• Manage and execute white-label platform initiatives, including understanding technical requirements for launching, integrating games, and payment systems.
• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for player acquisition, including affiliate marketing and partnership programs.
• Leverage in-depth market insights to identify high-potential regions, languages, and demographics, adapting the interface and marketing strategies to local needs.
• Build and lead a high-performing C-level team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including platforms, affiliates, PSPs, and game providers.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of “3 years of experience” in senior leadership roles (CEO, COO, CMO, CBDO, or CPO) within the “Gambling/iGaming sector”.
• Strong experience working with white-label platforms and a comprehensive understanding of the technical and operational requirements for launch.
• Deep understanding of the online casino market, including trends, business models, performance metrics, and key industry players.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing player acquisition campaigns, affiliate programs, and marketing strategies tailored to diverse markets.
• Exceptional knowledge of regional market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies to specific languages, cultures, and regulations.
• A well-established network of industry contacts, including platforms, affiliates, PSPs, and game providers.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and leading top-performing C-level executives.
• Outstanding analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
