To support its rapid growth plans, Geo telemedicine LLC looking for an experienced Marketing Director. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. This is a unique opportunity to play a significant role in our company’s success.

Responsible for

• Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

• Define target customer segments and develop tailored marketing plans for each.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.

• Collaborate with product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

• Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

• Implement customer acquisition strategies to drive user growth and increase revenue.

• Develop and execute customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty.

• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

• Monitor ROI for all marketing activities and adjust spending accordingly.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

About you.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the SaaS or e-commerce industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Expertise working with Google Ads and website optimization.

• Collaborative mindset, willing to work with key internal teams and ensure everyone is aligned.

• Data-focused with strong organizational and project management skills

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Will have a proven approach & track record in driving demand generation - at least 5+ years of experience.

• Is a great people manager with the experience to develop and motivate a team for success.
