Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Collaborate with underwriting companies and general agencies to collect and process invoices promptly and accurately.
• Financial Relationship Management: Oversee financial relationships with stakeholders, ensuring integrity and transparency in all transactions.
• Bank Communications: Liaise with banks to facilitate smooth financial operations and address any banking-related inquiries.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other essential documents.
• Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting systems with meticulous attention to detail.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, providing insights into the company's financial health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks; familiarity with tax software is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.

Schedule:

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

Introductory Period:
