Hi there!

We're excited to announce an open position for a CTO at GetBlock - a Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform that provides API access to nodes from multiple blockchains.

Stack: Go, NATS, ArangoDB, Redis, ScyllaDB, Docker, Nomad, Consul, Envoy, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda.

It is important for us:

• Deep understanding of the crypto market, key players, and underlying technologies.
• Ability to identify industry pain points and craft innovative solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Golang with experience in our tech stack.
• Able to independently develop MVPs and coordinate their implementation.
• Confident presenting and launching products on the global stage.
• Fluent English for clear communication and negotiations.
• Prior experience launching a startup (even if it wasn’t successful—it shows grit!).
• Capable of managing the full development cycle and building a motivated, high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive our strategic direction by contributing ideas and shaping the roadmap.
• Develop and manage end-to-end product creation, from MVP to market-ready solutions.
• Take ownership of coding and architectural decisions.
• Lead the team through hiring, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure our products remain cutting-edge, solving real-world blockchain challenges.
