We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Requirements:

Fluency in the English language;
German language will be a plus;
Sociability and stress tolerance;
Experienced PC user;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach;
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure;
Self-organization, willingness to learn and grow;
A positive attitude;
Team player with customer oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries vie chats and emails;
Assist in solving customer problems and current issues;
Make daily reports;
Shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, alternation of day and night shifts). Shift are not flexible.
