We're looking for a Middle Digital Analyst who will drive insights across web and product experiences by translating user behavior into actionable recommendations. You’ll focus on tracking, measuring, and optimizing how users interact with our digital products — from onboarding and activation to ongoing engagement and retention.
In this role, you'll take ownership of our tracking infrastructure, collaborate with engineers on event implementation, and partner with product and marketing to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and impactful. You’ll also support the transition from Google Analytics to our custom streaming solution and help scale our analytics capabilities with tools like Amplitude.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve event tracking infrastructure (Web+App) across product and marketing funnels
• Collaborate with engineers to implement clean and scalable tracking solutions
• Support Customer Success and product teams with analytics for customer behavior and experience research
• Analyze data from digital platforms (GA4, Amplitude, HubSpot) to extract actionable insights
• Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across tools and dashboards
• Participate in the migration from GA to a custom data streaming setup
• Educate stakeholders (e.g. product managers) on how to work with Amplitude and other tools

Our expectations

• 3+ years of experience in digital or product analytics
• Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, aggregations, CTEs)
• Experience with GA4 and event-based analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for implementing and managing web analytics tags (server-side knowledge is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Comfortable working with data engineers and discussing event structures and pipelines
• Understanding of basic statistics (e.g. distributions, significance, trends) is a plus
• Experience in B2B or cross-functional product environments is a plus
• Level of English - at least B1
