Duty VIP Manager

We continue to expand the team and is looking for a VIP manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:
- Segment customer base.
- Contact with our VIP Customers and new customers.
- Build and maintain relationships by outbound calling, email, sms, whatsapp.
- Understand and analyze activities and trend of high-value customers.
- Develop effects and tools to encourage gaming activity.
-Shift schedule 2/2 (no night shifts).

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English or German (B2 and above).
- Proficiency in Russian.
- Basic understanding of customer psychology.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience with cold calls and objections, sales experience would be a plus.
