Duty VIP Manager

We continue to expand the team and is looking for a VIP manager.
We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:
-Handling incoming communication: processing emails, messages in messengers, and requests from other departments.
-Working on customer loyalty and retention.
-Consulting players on all product-related questions, providing bonuses, assisting with their activation, and helping with deposits and withdrawals.
-Analyzing and working with metrics.
-Providing support to project managers upon request.
-Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
-Shift schedule 2/2 (day shifts).

Requirements:
-A desire to learn and grow in the field of customer communications.
-Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
-Ability to work effectively in a team.
-English language skills at B1+/B2 level.
