Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of employees (promoters, supervisors);
- Broadcasting the company's goals and objectives, monitoring their implementation, analyzing the results of implementation;
- Data analytics, setting goals for calendar periods;
- Developing and expanding a team of employees;
- Weekly and monthly reporting on work results;
- Interaction with the agency and the company's vendors;
- Data analytics and the ability to draw conclusions from the final results;
- Drawing up a plan for the development and placement of new employees;
- Improving and seasonally changing employee motivation plans;
- Assistance in hiring new employees.
Requirements:
- Experience in team management;
- Rich experience as FF manager in 3C brands;
- Communication skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and modern services;
- Knowledge of the mobile device market;
- Proficiency in English not lower than level B1;
- Self-study and self-improvement of your knowledge and skills;
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks and act in changing conditions;
- Independence and ability to work effectively without active supervision;
- Being ready for business trips.
