Hey, this is The Open Platform! We are a venture studio focused on building and scaling Web3 startups for mass audiences from the ground up.

We are currently looking for a Full-stack Engineer to join our portfolio company, Tribute.

Tribute is the leading content monetization platform on Telegram, renowned for its swift, product-led growth. We collaborate with a substantial base of content creators, striving to expand this community while venturing into new markets and augmenting our product line. Supported by the robust TON ecosystem, our small team of seasoned professionals has a solid track record of launching innovative products. We seek talented and driven individuals to enhance our team and contribute to the sustained dynamic expansion of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Code Maintenance & Refactoring: Review the existing codebase to identify areas for refactoring and performance improvements while ensuring existing functionalities remain unaffected.

• Feature Development: Develop new features as required, such as creating bot commands or integrating new payment gateways.

• API Integration: Integrate Telegram’s API to enable seamless communication between the bot and users.

• Frontend Development: Improve the bot’s user interface using React, including developing new components and enhancing existing ones.

• Backend Development: Enhance server-side logic with Golang, optimizing code performance and developing new APIs.

• Testing: Write unit and integration tests for both new and existing features to ensure reliability.

• Documentation: Maintain and updаtеdocumentation for the bot’s code and features.

• MVP Development: Develop and test MVPs.

Your background:

• 3 years of experience in a product company.
• Experience with ReactJS and Typescript. Experience with Golang or other back-end technologies.
• Experience in building at least medium-sized features autonomously.
• You are product/customer-oriented.
• You can hack together quick demo MVPs and build semi-sophisticated systems.
