What you’ll do:

• Produce content for a multiplayer game

• Shape and maintain the content structure of the game

• Build core progression and manage the game's economy

• Collaborate with the team to implement features from vision to final product

• Participate in playtesting of game features and forming development plans

What you need to succeed:

• At least 5 years in the industry

• Availability of released projects

• Teamwork skills with various specialists

• Understanding of the game market and knowledge of game mechanics in multiplayer projects

• Understanding of product metrics, product analytics

• Experience in product optimization

• Experience implementing retention and monetization mechanics

• Experience with experimentation and an iterative approach to development

• Skills working with the technical tools required to produce content and build game balance
