About the position
General Director is a significant and influential role within the organisation and responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies for business development to build on a companys growth.

Key functions:
- Drive and develop mutually profitable and beneficial ASBC Georgia business and trusted relationships with partners and customers;
- Development of ASBIS business in Georgia in accordance with the company's plans;
- Contribute to the Regional Business Strategy and alignment with Global and Regional teams, Marketing, Operations and other relevant departments;
- Building annual and quarterly plans, strategies for their achievement;
- Identify upcoming business issues and either mitigate them or turn into opportunities;
- Commercial management (contract management, supply and logistics processes etc.);
- Management and support to the local team to ensure success;
- Contact with local authorities on behalf of the Company;
- Manage the local team and contribute to the creation of the motivated working environment.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master degree (preferable in Economics or Finance);
- Proven professional background in similar management position min 5+ years;
- Proven experience with different sales channels (deep understanding of retail business will be an advantage);
- Knowledge and understanding of financial reporting and budgeting and willingness to improve these knowledges;
- Excellent background in sales and customer relationship;
- Experience in people management, operations and leadership;
- Focus on a result, communicator and negotiator with successful experience;
- Strong analytics, organizational and presentation skills;
- Confident English.
