Andersen is hiring a Go Developer for a project with a global ride-hailing platform. The role focuses on building solutions for document collection and verification during user onboarding.

The customer is a global mobility and urban services platform operating across multiple regions and serving millions of users. It provides a range of transportation and on-demand solutions while focusing on user-centered innovation and reliable service delivery.

The project involves building a scalable solution for collecting and verifying documents during user onboarding, supporting both driver registration and additional verification scenarios for passengers when required.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and improving the functionality of back-end services.
• Implementing new features and capabilities.
• Conducting code reviews, writing integration and unit tests.
• Optimizing data storage and report generation processes for large volumes of data.
• Modifying queue usage.
• Developing tools to reduce costs associated with external APIs.
• Building country-specific solutions based on app use cases.
• Meeting deadlines and participating in development planning in close collaboration with other team members.
• Participating in system design and architectural decisions with the team.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Go Developer for 4+ years.
• Experience in developing and designing applications with a microservices architecture.
• Experience working with high-load systems.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and Redis.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (ELK).
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs (Rest, GRPC).
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of build and deployment automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Kafka standards protocol.
• Interest in new technologies and development process automation tools.
• Responsibility, a team-oriented mindset, and willingness to grow.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with AWS.
