N1 Partners Group is a rapidly growing IT product company which always welcomes professionals in various areas of IT and iGaming to join the team. We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas with like-minded people and get additional knowledge and experience in return​​​​​​​

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive growth by converting regular players into VIP customers
2. Work closely with active and potential VIP players to ensure engagement, retention, and reactivation
3. Segment the player base to identify VIP prospects
4. Communicate with players via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and occasional phone calls
5. Create and tailor personalized offers to increase loyalty and lifetime value

Requirements:

1. Fluent English (both written and spoken) — mandatory
2. German — a plus, but not required
3. Experience in iGaming, sales, or customer service — preferred
4. Strong computer skills; confident use of Excel/Google Sheets — mandatory
5. Creative mindset — desired
6. Analytical thinking — desired
7. Proactive attitude, independence, and strong result-orientation — mandatory
