We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our flagship fintech product. Our platform provides access to a multifunctional ecosystem for working with finance and crypto, serving a global audience with a rapidly growing user base.
If you are a highly motivated business development professional with a passion for crypto & fintech, expertise in marketing-driven lead generation, and strong public speaking experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on top-of-the-funnel marketing channels to increase brand awareness and generate B2B leads.
• Represent the company at conferences, webinars, AMAs, and other public events, both online and offline.
• Build and nurture relationships with key industry players, partners, and potential clients.
• Identify and optimize marketing and business development opportunities to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Help our partners grow their businesses by integrating our products, providing them with the tools and solutions to scale effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in the fintech/crypto/Web3 industry and a deep understanding of the market landscape.
• Strong background in business development, growth marketing, or partnerships, focusing on lead generation.
• Experience in public speaking (conferences, panels, webinars, AMAs).
• Familiarity with marketing funnels, B2B outreach strategies, and partnership development.
• Ambition, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
