• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new B2B clients
• Be the main point of contact and trusted partner during the launch phase: guide clients step-by-step, from signing to successful go-live
• Ensure clients get true value from the product from day one
• Act as a bridge between clients, support, and the product team to resolve issues quickly
• Create and standardize scalable onboarding playbooks and best practices
• Monitor integration health, product setup, and success metrics
• Constantly improve customer experience and drive retention and satisfaction

• Experienced: 5+ years in Customer Success or Onboarding in a SaaS company, preferably with B2B clients
• You’re used to working in fast-paced, client-first teams with high ownership
• You have great communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a problem-solving mindset
• You’ve worked with US-based clients or teams and understand cultural/business nuances
• Fluent in English (C1+), both spoken and written
• You're a systems-thinker: ready to build scalable processes and improve them over time
• You're comfortable collaborating with product, support, and engineering teams
