Hi there!

We're excited to announce an open position for a International Recruiter at GetBlock - a Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform that provides API access to nodes from multiple blockchains.

It is important for us:

• Experience in a similar position in an international team for at least 1 year;
• Experience in job promotion and candidate search on international platforms;
• Knowledge of modern search and recruitment tools (boolean search);
• The ability to define a list of competencies and form requirements for candidates;
• Job closing experience across all our global (Account manager, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business developer);
• The ability to structure work, make decisions independently;
• Fluent English (C1-C2).

Responsibilities:

• To make a selection request - interaction with managers;
• Support of candidates throughout the entire selection process;
• Participate in the development of a search strategy (identify search channels);
• Candidate search and job posting in English;
• Conducting interviews in English, assessing compliance with requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordination of subsequent interviews with all participants.
