FinDev is an international company created by IT engineers. We are specializing in the development of niche software for international banks and investment funds.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our growing team! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a strong understanding of the tech industry, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to attract candidates.
• Conduct technical assessments and interviews
• Maintain and updаtеcandidate databases, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a top employer

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of the IT and software development industry
• Fluent in English
• Experience with candidate sourcing, ATS, and hiring tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies at once
