HumanLab is seeking a disciplined and responsible Middle Java Developer with a solid background in WebFlux/Reactor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java with Spring (Boot, Data, Security/OIDC, Integration) and WebFlux/Reactor.
• Work with databases, including PostgreSQL and Redis, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Implement data migration scripts using Liquibase.
• Utilize Mapstruct for object mapping.
• Develop and maintain Docker containers, including using Docker Compose.
• Write integration tests using Testcontainers.
• Manage project builds and dependencies with Maven.
• Collaborate using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Work with GitLab for CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Java development with strong experience in Spring (Boot, Data, Security/OIDC, Integration) and WebFlux/Reactor.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, and Liquibase.
• Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Testcontainers.
• Proficient in using Maven for builds and GitLab for CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Russian.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in fintech projects or startups.
• A strong understanding of best practices in code quality, including experience with code reviews.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and stacks.
