The JavaScript Traineeship at Andersen is your gateway to real-world development with the prospect of employment. You’ll strengthen your practical skills and launch your career alongside experienced professionals.

Applications are open across Georgia: candidates from Tbilisi and Batumi participate in the program on-site, while participants from other cities can join remotely.

What we offer:

• 4 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.

• Full-time commitment: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day — an intensive format that truly accelerates growth.

• Bring your own laptop. Your laptop + our training = a Junior ready for real-world tasks.

• Focused on learning. This traineeship is all about education. A Junior 1 offer after the program is a strong motivation to stay the course.

• Your stack, your growth path. Start with Angular, React, or Node.js and build expertise in the direction that fits you best.

• A 1.5-year apprenticeship agreement. A structured learning format where you study and we invest in your professional launch.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who understands the value of product quality and is eager to build expertise in JavaScript.

Required:

• Intermediate English or higher.

• Strong theoretical knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML/CSS, and experience working with development environments.

• Understanding of data types; ability to work with arrays and objects; knowledge of prototypes and how they work; understanding of AJAX.

• Educational, personal, or test projects in your portfolio.

Nice to have:

• Technical background.

• Any programming experience.

• Completed courses related to software development.

• Intermediate German or higher.
