We are immediately seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Team in charge of advertising on property portals and marketplaces. This position requires online work for a large international company.

Full-time job. Remote/home working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse the channel performance in terms of enquiries, deals, revenue, ROI, conversion, and identify areas for improvement. This area includes analysis of 200+ current portals with an expected multiplied growth of the portfolio of partnerships.
• Manage the budget file with the actual and forecast spend per partner. Collaborate with the property portals managers to keep the information up to date.
• Review and enhance the reports, trackers and database files used by the team. Propose optimization of the information storage and use.
• Maintain database files up to date (such as lists of partners, operations, database of phone numbers etc.).
• Collect and summarize team’s weekly reports. Contribute to the monthly performance review delivered by the Channel Lead.
• Assist with one-off reports and information queries by request from the Channel Lead.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant experience 1+ years.
• Strong business communication skills (writing).
• English B2 or higher.
• Personal qualities: detail-oriented, accurate, efficient, self-disciplined. Excellent learning ability. Strong work ethics.
• Analytical mind.
• Required skills: work with the data in Excel, including formulas, precise and accurate formatting etc.
• Data visualization skills for presentations in PowerPoint as an advantage.
• Fluent PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel), Dropbox, Zoom, Teams.
• You must have your own desktop PC or laptop for this job.
