At MIRA Search, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Key Account Manager to join our client – a leading IT company specializing in digital forensics software. Their cutting-edge products are trusted by government agencies and major corporations worldwide, playing a crucial role in solving crimes and making the world a safer place.

What you will do:

• Handle day-to-day communications with assigned clients.

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

• Monitor account performance and ensure client expectations are met

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to fulfill client needs.

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1 level)

• Great communicator — written, spoken, emoji-based, you name it.

• Positive, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.

• Bonus points if you are experienced in HubSpot.
