- Handle day-to-day communications with assigned clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor account performance and ensure client expectations are met
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to fulfill client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
