We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to help us build winning teams in the fast-paced iGaming industry. You'll hunt for top talent across tech, product, and gaming operations to support our growing team.

What You'll Do:
- Source and recruit candidates for iGaming roles.
- Screen applicants using our ATS and conduct initial interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand niche iGaming requirements.
- Post jobs and engage talent through LinkedIn, specialized iGaming forums, and events.
- Help improve our employer brand in the iGaming community.

What We're Looking For:
- 6+ months of recruitment experience (iGaming is a huge plus).
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- Understanding of iGaming roles.
- Competitive spirit—you'll need to win top talent from rivals.

Bonus Points For:
- Experience with international hiring (Malta, Cyprus, Poland).
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for iGaming hiring.
