We are looking for an experienced Lead Game Narrative Designer who will craft compelling stories, seamlessly integrating narrative and gameplay to create immersive player experiences. What You Will Work On:

• Integrate all game elements into a cohesive narrative.
• Create an immersive gameplay experience in collaboration with the game designer.
• Engage players in the story through gameplay mechanics.
• Develop concepts for characters, locations, scenes, and story arcs.
• Manage a team of writers.
• Oversee the stylistic and dramaturgical aspects of the game’s scripts.
• Develop and maintain project narrative documentation.
• Collaborate with lead specialists to make strategic decisions on the game's development.

What We Expect:

• Ability to tell a story through actions rather than words.
• Understanding of techniques for evoking emotional responses from players.
• Ability to generate ideas within a given setting and genre.
• Knowledge of dramaturgy principles and directing tools.
• High-level proficiency in Russian, strong writing skills.
• English: C1 level.
• Basic understanding of game design principles.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts to the team.
• Strong task management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation within a project team.
• Awareness of the modern F2P mobile games market and its audience.
• Understanding of the game development process and the specifics of game scripts.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the gaming industry as a Writer/Narrative Designer.

Would Be a Plus:

• A cover letter and portfolio.
• Knowledge in psychology and sociology.
• Broad knowledge and cultural awareness (general erudition, well-read, understanding of cultural trends).
• Experience as a Project Lead Narrative Designer.
