We are looking for a proactive and creative legal professional to join our team as a Legal & Compliance Officer. This role combines regulatory compliance and legal operations in a fast-paced, international environment. Purpose of the role:
As a Legal & Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s operations remain compliant with applicable regulations and internal policies. You will help navigate complex legal frameworks, maintain high compliance standards, and support collaboration across legal, operational, and product teams — ensuring clarity, minimizing risk, and enabling smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Licensing Support: Participate in licensing processes across various jurisdictions;
• Policy & Documentation drafting: Draft and maintain internal policies, Terms & Conditions, KYC documents, and other user-facing content;
• Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, regulatory documentation specific to iGaming;
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company’s ongoing compliance with applicable iGaming regulations and licensing requirements;
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with regulators, service providers, and government authorities;
• Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Conduct due diligence on partners and clients; assess legal and reputational risks;
• Legal Research: Monitor regulatory updates, conduct legal research, and provide insights for business and risk teams.

Required Experience:

• Higher education in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience within IGaming companies.
• English language (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral).
• Sharp legal mind with a structured, yet creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
