Who we're looking for

In 2025 we're launching a new PR service and this why we’re looking for a Media Manager to join us as the key specialist.

This person will take charge of developing brand promotion strategies across different regions and media formats — from editorial articles and listings to press releases and brand reviews.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with the Product Delivery Director and Client Relationship Managers to ensure our PR efforts are aligned with each client’s goals and deliver tangible results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Devise the new PR service in collaboration with Product Delivery Director from the scratch
• Design and execute media PR strategies across regions like LATAM, SEA, GCC, and others
• Work directly with media to secure content placements: press releases, brand reviews, listings, articles
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on each client’s reputation goals
• Ensure content visibility and performance by understanding indexing and publication processes
• Generate traffic and brand awareness through well-planned media activity
• Maintain and expand a base of media contacts (300+ outlets)
• Collaborate with internal departments (Content, Project, Sales)

Qualifications

• Experience in PR, media, or communications — ideally within PR agencies or FinTech/CFD brokers
• Solid track record working with media publications and editorial teams
• Understanding of publication workflows, indexing, and digital media distribution
• Experience creating client commercial proposals from scratch
• Experience building brand awareness & generating traffic through PR
• Fluent Russian and English at a B2 level or higher

Nice-to-have

• Strong writing and/or editing skills (articles, press releases, announcements)
• A solid network in finance-focused worldwide media (eg. Finance Magnates, FXEmpire, FXStreet and others) or local ones
