✨ About the Role

The Yesim project is looking for one experienced Frontend Developer to join and expand our development team.
You will work on building web and mobile applications under the guidance of an experienced lead developer, contributing to technical decisions and high-quality UI implementation.

???? Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js

• Collaborate closely with designers to implement UX/UI solutions and find optimal technical approaches for tasks

• Work with backend developers:

  • integrate APIs

  • participate in discussions of contracts and business logic

• Work within a team under the guidance of an experienced lead developer

• Participate in code reviews and discussions of architectural decisions

• Take part in CI/CD processes:
  

  • build

  • deployment

  • code quality checks
    

???? Requirements

• Commercial experience working with React and Next.js

• Ability to independently research solutions and quickly adapt to new information

• Strong prioritization skills and ability to find solutions within defined timelines

• Ability to navigate technical decisions and propose solutions based on resource efficiency

• Analytical thinking and readiness to contribute your own ideas

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge

• Experience working with design systems:

  • use of design tokens (colors, typography, spacing)

  • maintaining interface consistency

• Implementation of interfaces according to provided designs and prototypes

• High attention to detail

???? Nice to Have

• Experience working with Flutter

• Experience with modern deployment platforms (Vercel or similar) and understanding their impact on DX and development speed

• Participation in improving CI/CD processes and overall developer experience within the team
