MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Andersen, an international IT company, invites a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to work on a large-scale project for a Saudi Arabia customer.

The customer is a prominent financial institution established in 1975. The bank offers a diverse range of financial products, services, and bespoke banking solutions to an extensive client base across the GCC countries, Europe, and North America. The bank's recent achievements include hosting various events and webinars, sponsoring cultural and financial initiatives, and winning multiple awards for its services.

The project is focused on migrating a retail banking app from the KONY framework to React Native, with an emphasis on improving architecture, CI/CD, and CRM functionality for a seamless transition.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to meet business requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining plugins, workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations.
• Collaborating with business analysts and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications.
• Optimizing existing CRM processes, enhancing data integrity, and improving user experience.
• Participating in code reviews, solution design discussions, and quality assurance processes.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, deployment guides, and release notes.
• Supporting ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 environments.
• Working closely with the KSA-based project management team to ensure deliverables align with project milestones and SLAs.
  
  Must-haves:
• Proven experience in developing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for 5+ years.
• Background working on projects within the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong hands-on experience in customizing and extending Dynamics 365, including plugins, workflows, and business process flows.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for system customization and extension.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Practical understanding of CRM use cases in financial institutions, such as customer management and service processes.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with source control systems, environment management, and structured release processes.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  
  Nice-to-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
