Recruitment agency Brightman is looking for a Payroll Specialist.

Our client is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the company has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global level. The company works with clients from diverse sectors, including financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and many others.

Responsibilities:
– Managing settlements with B2B contractors across multiple countries.
– Monitoring payroll for employees under employment contracts in several countries.
– Transferring data to outsourcing companies for payroll processing.
– Reviewing completed payroll calculations from outsourcing partners.
– Approving salary payments.
– Communicating with employees regarding payroll inquiries via the internal ticketing system.
– Full-cycle payroll calculation for B2B contractors in 1C.
– Distributing payroll information to B2B contractors.
– Receiving, reviewing, and forwarding contractor invoices for payment.

Requirements:
– Experience as a payroll specialist for at least 3 years.
– Understanding of payroll principles, taxes, and deductions.
– Knowledge of 1C.
– Friendliness, composure, readiness for intensive communication with people and work in an international environment.
– English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:
– Experience with payroll in different countries.
– Experience working with outsourcing payroll companies.
– Experience working with B2B contractors (calculations, invoices).
