Key Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in process engineering, specifically in metalworking technology.
• Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in Russian.
• Solid knowledge of SolidWorks and proficiency in MS Office (Excel included).
• Deep understanding of laser equipment operating principles and laser cutting programs.
• Familiarity with welding and painting processes, as well as assembly processes.
• Experience in developing SOPs and line balancing.
• Knowledge of lean production methodologies and implementation of 5S.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in production processes.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and support of technological processes for laser cutting and bending of sheet metal.
• Oversee and enhance welding and painting processes.
• Monitor and control material consumption rates.
• Optimize cycle times for maximum efficiency.
• Analyze causes of scrap and implement corrective measures.
• Develop technical specifications for equipment modifications and manufacturing of fixtures.
• Support product manufacturing through detailed specifications and training of the production team.
• Continuous improvement of processes by implementing 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Collaboration in creating a safe workplace through innovative technology development.
