✨ About the Role

We are looking for a strong Product Designer with experience in web interfaces, dashboards, and data-heavy analytical tools. This role includes work on both B2C and B2B parts of the product.

Approximately half of your time will be focused on the customer-facing B2C product on the web, while the other half will be dedicated to B2B tasks, including designing dashboards, analytics tools, and admin panels, and supporting B2B landing pages on yesim.app.

???? Responsibilities

B2C responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end product experiences
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI across the web
• Analyzing user feedback and product data to uncover usability issues
• Improving clarity and consistency in customer-facing journeys
• Collaborating with Product Managers and engineers on feature delivery
• Ensuring alignment with the design system and contributing updates when needed

B2B responsibilities

• Designing dashboards, analytics modules, admin tools, and partner-facing interfaces
• Creating clear UI for data-heavy elements: tables, filters, metrics, charts, multi-state workflows
• Structuring and designing B2B landing pages with a focus on clarity and conversion
• Translating complex operational or business requirements into usable, efficient product solutions
• Conducting UX reviews of partner tools and identifying improvement points
• Documenting user flows, interaction logic, and reusable UI patterns

????What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web interfaces, dashboards, analytics tools, or data-heavy UI
• Experience working with tables, filtering systems, metrics, and workflows
• Experience designing responsive layouts and modern landing pages
• Ability to work comfortably in a hybrid role across both B2C and B2B products
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Ability to justify design decisions using UX principles, data, and business logic
• Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
• Intermediate or advanced command of English (B1+)
• Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and close attention to detail

• Experience working with reseller or affiliate tools

• Experience designing CRM-like systems, billing flows, or partner onboarding journeys

• Familiarity with data visualization principles (metrics, charts, funnels)

• Understanding of engineering constraints

• Experience creating microcopy for complex interfaces
