- Process Development: Create and implement standardized pipelines and workflows for new portfolio companies to receive support from non-tech departments.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a liaison among finance, legal, HR, accounting and other internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support for portfolio companies.
- Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage available resources within non-tech departments, adjusting as needed to meet the demands of incoming portfolio companies.
- Onboarding Enhancement: Continuously improve the onboarding process for new portfolio companies, developing robust systems to enhance efficiency and support.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all support activities and processes meet the defined standards and success criteria for portfolio company integration.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in a startup or venture capital environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex workflows across multiple departments.
- Strong capability in creating and maintaining efficient support systems for diverse business needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a track record of process improvement.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging both internal team members and external stakeholders (portfolio companies).
- A high degree of personal responsibility and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for productive collaboration across various groups.
- Adaptable and innovative thinker with a passion for optimizing business processes.
- Experience with project management and workflow tools; open to adapting new tools as needed.
