We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Project Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure that all team members understand and adhere to agile practices and principles.
- Revise and maintain the internal ticket lifecycle system.
- Prepare and present product or project demos to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and development discussions (PDDs), as well as monthly reporting.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in managing software development teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting performance reviews and development discussions.
- Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication.
- English level: Intermediate.
