We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Project Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

Plan and facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
Ensure that all team members understand and adhere to agile practices and principles.
Revise and maintain the internal ticket lifecycle system.
Prepare and present product or project demos to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
Conduct annual performance reviews and development discussions (PDDs), as well as monthly reporting.

Requirements:

At least 1 years of experience in managing software development teams.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience in conducting performance reviews and development discussions.
Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication.
English level: Intermediate.
