Project Manager for Support Projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O)

Responsibilities:
- Manage support projects for D365 F&O, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high client satisfaction
- Plan, organize, and control all project phases: from initiation to completion
- Coordinate the work of a team consisting of functional and technical specialists, ensuring effective interaction and communication
- Assess and manage project risks, developing and implementing plans to mitigate them
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management and clients
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and issues related to D365 F&O
- Organize and conduct meetings with clients to discuss requirements, project status, and obtain feedback
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, deliverables, and other necessary documents
- Analyze and improve support processes to enhance their efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Experience in managing support projects for ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Understanding of functional and technical aspects of D365 F&O
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and controlling
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and effectively solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and interact with clients
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
