Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

We are looking for a Content Manager to work on our new PvP action game, where players compete with each other by using parkour, fighting and physics. In the future players will receive a wide opportunity to develop their own levels, rules and even mini-games by using the built-in editor.
The game is cross-platform - for mobile devices, PC, and consoles.

Our ideal candidate is ready to dive into the complex interrelationships of a large project, loves order, and confidently can transform bureaucracy into a productive one.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project's content teams (artists, animators, sound designers) with organization and communication streamlining.

• Set up, prioritize, and monitor task completion deadlines.

• Conduct daily meetings, reviews, and planning events.

• Participate in the overall project planning.

• Support existing processes and ensure that they are followed upon.

Requirements:

• Experience in any managerial or related role: content manager, team leader, PM, etc.
• Proven experience in game development.
• Understanding of the main pipelines of content production: animation, VFX, SFX, 2D and 3D art.
• Understanding of the principles of team management, planning and control methods.
• Experience with Jira, GanttPRO or similar software.
• Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Would be a plus:

• Rich gaming experience;

• Passion and pre-existing knowledge of ins and outs of game development.
