Who we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced reputation manager who is highly organized, thrives in multitasking environments, and can maintain strategic focus across multiple projects to join our online reputation management agency and work with our client portfolio, including renowned brokers and startups in the trading and investment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze online mentions and reviews of clients across various platforms.
• Respond to positive and negative feedback, manage crisis situations to protect and improve client reputations.
• Develop and execute reputation management strategies according to client needs and industry best practices.
• Communicate with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Define the scope and objectives of projects.
• Forecast and manage resources needed to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare tasks based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan.
• Provide regular updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress while juggling several client accounts.
• Adhere to industry best practices and standards throughout project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Balance multiple client projects and workflows while maintaining attention to detail and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills are essential for regular communication with clients.
• Native/Advanced Russian skills are required as our team primarily communicates in Russian, and our in-house software and instructions are in Russian.
• Experience in ORM, SERM, digital marketing, and project management is a plus.
• Experience with SEO to promote positive content and manage negative content in search results is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Flexible and solution-focused.
• Organized and self-sufficient.

• Despite being a remote job with a flexible schedule - we expect 40 hours of work per week. We can set the schedule as you like. Do you need more personal time in the morning or at dinner time? Not a problem at all - you can cover this time in the evenings. However, it is a full-time job, and we await you to organize the time yourself.
