• 3–5 years of commercial experience in software development with Ruby on Rails.
• DBMS experience: PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Cassandra or Kafka.
• English B2+.

• Experience writing large-scale and highly usable web applications.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Cloud computing experience with AWS.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and UI/UX.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
