Required skills:

2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.
Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycle: ASAP, Activate, or similar methodology.
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
English B2+.

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience in managing SAP projects.
Knowledge of foreign languages.

Responsibilities:

Support project planning by assisting with timelines, deliverables, and tracking progress against milestones, risks, and issues.
Coordinate daily activities, including stand-ups, status meetings, and task assignments across teams.
Maintain project documentation such as meeting notes, status reports, change requests, and RAID logs, ensuring version control of project files, requirements documents, and testing materials.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact.
Organize meetings and workshops, handling scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
Assist with onboarding, timesheet tracking, and basic budget monitoring and forecasting.
