Responsibilities:

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identifying gaps in the team’s adoption of the Scrum Framework and guiding them toward best practices.
• Coaching the team to embrace Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles.
• Promoting and maintaining a steady sprint rhythm, ensuring predictability and focus.
• Supporting team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Acting as a servant leader to remove impediments and enable the team’s success.
• Encouraging a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability within the team.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role for 2+ years.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams to improved practices.
• Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto values, and principles.
• Experience in team development and coaching practices.
• Commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
