We specialize in fast, secure, and global connectivity through advanced eSIM mobile solutions for 3+ million active users. Our innovative app allows to manage multiple eSiMs within a single account - allowing users to effortlessly juggle several plans and share connectivity.

✨ About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to define and evolve our brand’s visual identity across all channels.

This is a role with a strong hands-on component for a specialist who combines brand thinking, a systematic approach, and a passion for experimentation. You will be responsible for brand consistency and evolution, as well as creating high-performing creatives for performance marketing, social media, and product communications.

In the long term, the role may include mentoring designers and helping build the team, but the initial focus is on creative quality and developing the visual system.

???? Responsibilities

Brand & Visual System

• Develop and manage the brand’s visual identity across all channels.

• Ensure communication consistency across different markets, formats, and languages.

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines.

Creative Leadership & Execution

• Set the creative direction for campaigns, advertisements, and content.

• Create and curate visual materials (static, motion, video).

• Conduct design reviews and maintain quality control over all creatives.

Experiments & Innovation

• Foster a culture of experimentation (formats, narratives, visual approaches, AI).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to test and optimize creatives.

• Implement new tools and methodologies, including AI-driven production.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams.

• Translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.

• Synchronize brand identity with the product experience.

???? Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, including experience in an Art Direction or Lead role.

• A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and multi-channel design.

• Deep understanding of visual design: composition, typography, color, and motion.

• Experience in creating and scaling design systems for marketing/branding.

• Ability to balance brand consistency with creative experimentation.

• Hands-on experience with video and motion (Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci).

• Experience with AI-generated content and tools.

• Strong understanding of the digital environment (ads, social media, performance channels).

• Experience in informal leadership (reviews, mentoring) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of marketing metrics and experimental frameworks.

• Basic 3D skills or a systematic approach to motion design.

• Experience working with multiple markets and localization.
