Inktech - an international IT product holding company. Founded in 2017, the company continues to establish innovative tech and marketing solutions worldwide. We provide our clients with efficient solutions in digital marketing, creativity, design, traffic, and payment systems for the global entertainment industry.

We are looking for an experienced Project manager.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate in our Team should have a combination of the following skills:

• Project control and execution;
• Change and stakeholder management;
• Clear communication appropriate for audience level;
• Conducting effective meetings;
• Design business processes;
• Decision-making.

Responsibilities:
1. Projects are completed with no delays or reasonable delays are agreed and confirmed in advance with the stakeholders;
2. PMO guidelines are strictly followed:

• Necessary project documentation is in place and up to date (Weekly detailed project plan, Requirements, etc);
• All project-related JIRA tasks are in place and up to date - epics, stories, bugs, Tasks;
• Necessary project ceremonies and communications are conducted: project kick-off, weekly project sync and demos, project sign-off, handover to operations and closure;
• Escalations, if needed, are done timely and in a proper way;
• Use recommended tools: confluence, JIRA.

3. Control project scope, timeline, resources, risks;
4. Control your loading and proactively provide clear and justifiable information on your loading, assignments, plans, and capacity to your manager - ask load more or unload or keep the loading as is;
5. Contribute to the corporate improvement/transformation projects when required (tools, processes, reporting, etc);
6. Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must;
7. Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

A big plus would be:

• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English;
• PMP, PSM or the equivalent certificates;
• PSPO level 1 or similar.
