What you’ll be doing:

Our team offers game content from top-performing providers and reliable technical solutions for iGaming industry businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Python, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, clean code. If this sounds like you, keep reading - your next challenge awaits!

• development and maintenance of our systems integrations with 3rd parties, integrating with new platforms

• analysis of API documentation, implementing required improvements, or fixing incompatibilities with our own system

• direct work with 3rd party developers and clients, to help them to integrate into our system.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a team of developers while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This includes:

• Leading by example with clear communication and accountability.

• Balancing the technical aspects of backend Python development with the people skills required to keep the team aligned and motivated.

• Collaborating effectively with other teams (e.g., frontend, design, product managers) to ensure project goals are met without bottlenecks.

• A great senior developer in a startup-like environment isn’t just hands-on with code; they also know when to step back, delegate, and empower team members to take ownership.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Python 3 / Django (5+ years of experience)

• Basic knowledge of Linux administration, and GIT usage;

• Knowledge of key areas in performance, scalability, maintainability, and security;

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team;

• High levels of initiative;

• Good written English;

Advantages:

• HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience and ability to work on backend and frontend as full stack developer;

• ElasticSearch experience;

• Knowledge of Linux administration;
