Senior QA Engineer (Manual, Crypto)

We’re looking for a proactive Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in testing web and crypto-related products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless quality and delivering outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall quality of web applications within the crypto payment ecosystem
• Design, plan, and execute test strategies for new features and complex system integrations
• Perform manual testing and release support, ensuring smooth deployments and post-release validation
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and design teams to clarify requirements and ensure UI/UX consistency
• Work with customer support teams to analyze and reproduce user-reported issues
• Monitor production systems using tools like Sentry, OpenSearch, and Grafana, ensuring timely detection and escalation of live incidents

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
• 1–2 years of experience with crypto-related projects (e.g., blockchain, payment processing, digital wallets)
• Strong experience in API testing and working with databases
• Experience testing microservices-based architectures, including service-to-service integrations
• Familiarity with production monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, OpenSearch, Grafana, Kibana)
• Understanding of Git-flow practices (branching strategies, merge processes, deployment)
• Hands-on experience with localization and internationalization testing across multiple languages and regions
• Ability to test against design mockups and collaborate effectively with design teams
• Proactivity and a strong product mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive results
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher would be an advantage

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation (preferably using TypeScript)
• Knowledge of security testing practices in fintech/crypto domains

Ищем опытного Senior QA инженера с глубокими знаниями в тестировании веб-продуктов и решений в сфере криптовалют. Вы будете играть ключевую роль в обеспечении высокого качества и создании выдающегося пользовательского опыта.

Обязанности

• Контролировать качество веб-приложений в экосистеме криптоплатежей

• Разрабатывать, планировать и выполнять стратегии тестирования для новых функций и сложных системных интеграций

• Проводить ручное тестирование и сопровождать релизы, обеспечивая их стабильный запуск и проверку после выпуска

• Тесно взаимодействовать с командами продукта, разработки и дизайна для уточнения требований и обеспечения консистентности UI/UX

• Работать с командами поддержки, анализировать и воспроизводить инциденты, о которых сообщают пользователи

• Мониторить продуктивные системы с помощью инструментов (Sentry, OpenSearch, Grafana и др.), своевременно выявлять и эскалировать инциденты в реальном времени

Требования

• 4–6 лет опыта работы в сфере Quality Assurance

• 1–2 года опыта в проектах, связанных с криптовалютами (блокчейн, платёжные решения, цифровые кошельки)

• Отличное знание тестирования API и работы с базами данных

• Опыт тестирования архитектур на основе микросервисов, включая взаимодействие между сервисами

• Знание инструментов мониторинга (Sentry, OpenSearch, Grafana, Kibana)

• Понимание практик Git-flow (ветвление, процессы слияния, деплой)

• Опыт тестирования локализации и интернационализации (разные языки и регионы)

• Умение тестировать интерфейсы по макетам и эффективно взаимодействовать с дизайнерами

• Проактивность и продуктовое мышление, ориентация на качество пользовательского опыта

• Владение английским на уровне B1+ будет преимуществом

Будет плюсом

• Опыт автоматизации тестирования (желательно с использованием TypeScript)

• Знание практик безопасности в сфере финтеха/крипто
