Who we’re looking for: Senior SEO Specialist with deep expertise in Google Search algorithms, technical SEO, and data-driven decision making. We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional who can develop and implement effective Google SEO strategies to drive organic growth.

What you’ll be working on:

• Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conducting technical and on-page SEO audits to optimize site performance.
• Analyzing market trends, competitors, and search algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborating with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement best SEO practices.
• Automating SEO processes using tools like Google Colab, Python, Apps Script, Excel VBA, or Knime.
• Working with structured data, meta tags, and AI-driven SEO automation.
• Creating and optimizing SEO content, including guidelines for copywriters.

What we expect from you:

• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong expertise in technical and on-page SEO.
• Confident use of GA4 and SEO tools.
• Experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of website architecture, indexing principles, HTML, and basic JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to search algorithm updates.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Continuous learning mindset and following industry trends.

Additional advantages:

• Experience in promoting marketplaces, e-commerce, or multilingual websites with over 10,000 pages.
• SEO experience in Western European and North American markets.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher; a second European language is a plus.
• Knowledge of structured data and schema markup.
• Cross-functional skills in programming, ML, UX/UI, or copywriting.
