As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead organic search performance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored for regulated iGaming markets (Serbia, Nigeria, Greece, etc.)

• Prioritize SEO initiatives based on impact, scalability, and business goals

Hands-On SEO Execution

• Conduct thorough keyword research for different GEOs and product verticals (casino, slots, etc.)

• Perform on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content structure, and technical tags

• Manage technical SEO audits and fixes (indexing, speed, sitemaps, etc.)

• Build and monitor high-quality backlink acquisition strategies

Cross-Team Coordination

• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and external agencies to ensure timely execution

• Write SEO briefs and ensure adherence to content plans and brand tone

• Oversee link-building agency deliverables and ensure quality control

• Translate strategy into clear, trackable tasks and supervise implementation

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor SEO KPIs and organic visibility across regions

• Analyze user behavior, rankings, CTRs, conversions (via GTM, GA4, Ahrefs, etc.)

• Provide monthly performance reports and insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in iGaming or other high-competition niches

• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, penalties, and link evaluation

• Experience working with or managing SEO/content/link-building agencies

• Strong command of English and Russian (daily work involves both languages)

• Proven ability to manage projects independently and cross-functionally

• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, etc.

• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript rendering, GTM
